Jenna Dewan Tatum

I like the idea that The Hollywood Reporter is honor-bound by the codes of conduct of entertainment publications to always invite the wife of People's Sexiest Man Alive to this event. I think Jenna is very likeable -- which is good, because she also looks like she's working at a theme park restaurant in this.

Ellie Kemper

This is adorable and VERY tropical. Although the event was at the Beverly Hills Hotel, so many Ellie just wanted to match that iconic palm tree wallpaper.

Bella Heathcote

This also reminds me of wallpaper, in that it looks as though it's made of it. I should remind you here that I really really LIKE wallpaper.

Mindy Kaling

I am a big fan of this color, and VERY CONCERNED that she is REALLY CHILLY in this. Mindy! You have like nine jobs on your plate. STAY WARM.

Kathy Griffin

I hope Kathy and Mindy settled the question of who looked better in hot pink via dance off.

Ashley Madekwe

My hope is that Ashley is the Revenge-ite sent to all these events because she isn't busy filming due to the fact that her character is stuck in a well somewhere. This dress is cute, but maybe needs an accessory?

Elizabeth Banks

Appropriate AND pretty AND warm. I do just love her.

Georgia King

This, on the other hand, I think super adorable and very very very appropriate, which I always appreciate because of how uptight I am.

Dreama Walker

Dreama, on the other hand, is wearing the classic, "shit, I'm going to be cold in this. Do I have something to throw over it? This looks weird, right? Screw it, I'm late. Everything will be fine" outfit. It's cuter than you'd think, Dreama.

Cat Deeley

I like the idea of pants conceptually. AS YOU KNOW ALL TOO WELL. These might be a little....billowy? Given the billowy of the shirt?

Kerry Washington

I love the clutch, and the red shoes. This is one of those dresses where I fear I would look at it on myself and spend the whole time wondering if the sleeves were TOO capped. I have a horror of a too-capped sleeve.

Sarah Paulson

Catch you at the omelette bar, Fraulein Maria.

Fugs, Fabs, and Fines: The Hollywood Reporter's 'Power 100: Women In Entertainment' Breakfast
Bearing in mind that this was a breakfast event, I was SURE someone was going to show up in a cocktail dress. But Power Women did not get to be Power Women by being dummies -- almost all of these ladies wore something daytime appropriate. Although some of them HAD to be chilly; it was cold this morning in Los Angeles. Buy a power cardigan, you guys! I'm worried about all of you catching a cold. [Photos: Getty]
