Apparently she gave her acceptance speech (at least partially) in French. I feel like this picture could therefore be captioned, "Ah, bonjour?"

I kind of like this dress. I wish she had worn more jewelry, but something about it is architecturally satisfying, while still being a little princess-y.

And I also kind of like this skirt -- the trompe l'oeil pockets are a kick. There is something about the top that is a little wonkus to me, though. Help me work through my emotions in the comments.

While we were prepping for and then covering the Oscars, Kristen Stewart was off in Paris winning a Cesar Award. (That's basically the French Academy Award; she is the first American actress to ever win one, for Clouds of Sils Maria. Between that, and the accolades she's getting for Still Alice, this year has been very good for her career.
