NO. I have two issues with this. A) I know I make a lot of Zuul jokes (how many websites can say that?) but that is totally a portal to a demonic dimension opening on her torso, and (B) I don't know who the designer is, but it looks like a knock-off of the many better Zuul dresses we've seen throughout the years. And if you're going to wear Zuul, girl, WEAR THE BEST.
