Happy weekend! I hope everyone is hanging in there, and if you have been impacted by this awful winter storm here in the US, I really really hope you have power and heat and are doing okay. If you're looking for places to help, [the New York Times has a good round-up](https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/18/us/how-to-help-storm-relief-texas-oklahoma-louisiana.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and of course we're always interested in hearing suggestions in the comments. (I personally donated to[ AOC's fundraiser](https://secure.actblue.com/donate/aoc-social-20210219?refcode=tw20210219&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and[ Austin Mutual Aid](https://www.gofundme.com/f/kick-the-cold-austin-mutal-aid?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) Also -- I just saw a tweet reminding folks in Texas to turn off the autopay for their electrical bills, because the bills are going to be WILD (due to Texas not having electrical regulation) and [you do not want $17,000 taken out of your account on autopay](https://www.khou.com/article/money/business/how-in-the-world-can-anyone-pay-that-some-seeing-electric-bills-as-high-as-17k-in-wake-of-texas-winter-storm/287-14a54a65-39cb-4d1c-931c-0d003002f529?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) while this is being sorted out.

And, of course, if you missed it over the long weekend, [Harry and Meghan are expecting a new baby](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/heres-some-good-news-harry-and-meghan-are-having-a-baby-02-2021/)! [Here's a piece about it in USA Today, featuring my congresswoman Judy Chu](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2021/02/19/lawmakers-denounce-crisis-point-anti-asian-american-violence/6791224002/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).
