Happy weekend, friends! I hope you have some fun stuff planned. The Met Gala was on Monday, so it was a big week here at GFY. [If you missed any of our coverage, you can catch up here.](https://www.gofugyourself.com/tag/met-ball?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

It has been......a week. This is a useful and informative piece at The Cut that goes well beyond the headline: [Donate to an Abortion Fund Right Now](https://www.thecut.com/article/donate-abortion-fund-roe-v-wade-how-to-help.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). SO many states only have one abortion clinic. I donated to [Access Reproductive Care – Southeast](https://arc-southeast.org/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), which aids folks in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Good for [Phoebe Bridgers for talking about her recent abortion.](https://pubx.co/eJt2WC?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) She doesn't owe this information to anyone and I don't expect or want this from celebrities (or any people) who aren't comfortable with it, but it was brave of her to use her public platform this way. \[Lainey\]

This is tremendously moving and very much worth your time: "[The Holocaust Started With My Great-Uncle’s Murder:](https://www.theatlantic.com/family/archive/2022/05/arthur-kahn-german-jewish-holocaust-history/629762/??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Arthur Kahn is believed to be the first Jewish person killed by the Nazis. I’ve known the story of his death as long as I can remember, but I wanted to learn the story of his life." \[The Atlantic\]

Very interesting (and a little anxiety-provoking): [The Race to Save Ukraine’s Sacred Art](https://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/the-race-to-save-ukraines-sacred-art-180980019/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Smithsonian\]

Yes, please: [Revisiting Barbra Streisand’s 300-Page Home-Design Manifesto](https://www.curbed.com/2022/05/barbra-streisand-my-passion-for-design-review.html??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Curbed\]

This piece about baseball, bowling, and New Jersey is delightful AND educational: [These Yankees legends went from pinstripes to pins](https://www.mlb.com/news/featured/yogi-berra-phil-rizzuto-bowling-alley??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[MLB\]

Great:[ The Biggest Crown in Texas Belongs to Miss Gay USofA](https://www.texasmonthly.com/style/miss-gay-texas-classic-pageant/??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Texas Monthly\]

This is how I feel! (At the moment.) At Celebitchy: [Cher on whether she’ll go gray: It’s ‘fine for other girls. I’m just not doing it’](https://www.celebitchy.com/748013/cher%5Fon%5Fwhether%5Fshell%5Fgo%5Fgray%5Fits%5Ffine%5Ffor%5Fother%5Fgirls%5Fim%5Fjust%5Fnot%5Fdoing%5Fit/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (I tried it and didn't like it on my head! I love it on other people!)

I'm into this: [*Only Murders in the Building*: Mabel's Most Memorable Looks Ahead of Season 2](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/style/fashion-trends/g39829385/only-murders-in-the-building-fashion/??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Town & Country\]

Interesting: [Elisabeth Moss Has Now Made it Impossible For Us to Separate Her from Scientology](https://www.pajiba.com/celebrities%5Fare%5Fbetter%5Fthan%5Fyou/elisabeth-moss-has-now-made-it-impossible-for-us-to-separate-her-from-scientology.php?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Pajiba\]

Certainly a hot topic this week: [Conservators ‘speechless’ that Kim Kardashian wore Marilyn Monroe’s dress to Met Gala](https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/story/2022-05-03/kim-kardashian-marilyn-monroe-dress-2022-met-gala-conservators??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[LA Times\]

Really logistics-y and illuminating: [Television Is in a Showrunning Crisis](https://www.vice.com/en/article/epxeze/television-is-in-a-showrunning-crisis??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[Vice\]

Do you need a new sundress?[ Voila! I found some for you.](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-nation-loves-new-sundresses-for-summer-05-2022/)

You[ might want to see DanRad as Weird Al,](https://pubx.co/rnRYaX?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) right? \[Lainey\]

Asking the important questions: [Did everyone in Bridgerton have syphilis? ](https://theconversation.com/did-everyone-in-bridgerton-have-syphilis-just-how-sexy-would-it-really-have-been-in-regency-era-london-180581??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \[The Conversation\]

The NYT asks: [Is the Dirty Shirley the Drink of the Summer?](https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/05/dining/drinks/shirley-temple-vodka.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) It is if I'm in charge!
