She looks so pretty from the waist up, but I feel like the tulle on the bottom starts on the wrong place. It feels like it needs to be...lower? Is that true? What do I know?

I...cannot sign off on this dress on Cheno. She looks like she's going to a cocktail party on Real Housewives of New York -- and I wish she would! She'd be great on that show - and it doesn't seem formal enough. However: I LOVE her and those BOOTS are AMAZING. In trying to find a credit for them, I discovered that Ariana Grande loves Cheno and...that feels true. (They are these Louboutins and they're $1295 and I really REALLY want one of you to buy them.)
