Lady Gaga was the 2011 recipient of a Fashion Icon award, and accordingly, showed up in Maxi Gaga form with a Mugler mini, a giant train, boots of bone-snapping doom, and the constant threat of a popped nip. First, she started with this pose...
Then there was some RROWRing and leaning backward, which right AFTER shrugging things forward is not a solid strategy.
She chased that with a whole load of this.

Boom. If she INTENDED for this to happen and choreographed her posing specifically to drop her top, then her plan succeeded splendidly. If she didn't, well, it's Gaga -- she fears no nip slip.
