An Australian in an Australian brand! Full marks for fully completing the brief of the event. On the other hand, this dress is a bit...bed in a bag. (I don't hate it?)

## Emilie de Ravin in Giuseppe Di Morabito

Also Australian! Something about this feels slightly as if her hair doesn't match the rest of the look?

## Michelle Dockery in Zimmermann

Michelle is NOT Australian, but gave the nod via designer. She looks very Michelle Dockery-y here.

## Michelle Pfeiffer

Def. not Australian. Michelle is ALL SoCal and we're proud of her. (I fell down a wormhole investigating if David E Kelley was a Secret Aussie and he is NOT, but this also reminded me that Pfeiffs was married to Peter Horton back in the day. What a lot of grand blond curls in that household.) ANYWAY, this is slouchy and fab on her and would look super dumb on many other people.

## Nicky Whelan

She IS Australian AND she was on *Neighbors*. Please enjoy this sentence about her character from Wiki: "During her stint in the serial Pepper was involved in notable storylines including a same-sex kiss, a hostage situation and cervical dysplasia." If I read her page correctly, her character exited in a tizzy when her father got malaria, as one does. This look has a real Alien Priestess vibe, so that's fun!

## Caitriona Balfe in Rocha

This is not fun! It's so...pale! Caitriona, you needed a little lipstick here, you look like the ghost of a Victorian child.

## Danielle Macdonald

I did not know she was Australian! I LEARNED.

[A Melange of Celebs Came Out For G'Day USA Over the WeekendAnd not all of them were Aussies.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2020/01/shutterstock_editorial_10539450af-1580178195.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/a-melange-of-celebs-came-out-for-gday-usa-over-the-weekend-01-2020/)
