This line is by a South Korean designer who only showed internationally for the first time last season. The theme, per WWD, was to "beautify the typically unflattering," the latter being all the hats. One of them is a garden of Queen Pops -- as in, pictures of the Queen on sticks. SHE might think that is ALREADY beautiful.
