I'll be frank: This outfit is crazy, but potentially fun. But while I actually kind of like Gigi and think she's a decent model who seems to work hard, I'm not sure that she has the je ne sais quoi to pull this off. I might enjoy it on Lady Gaga. I might applaud it on Heidi Klum. I'm not sure Gigi has the...what's the "kooky" version of gravitas?

I do enjoy the intricate elaborate-ness of this. It's fun and over the top and if Beyonce had thrown caution to the wind and worn this to, say, the Met Gala, I would have been DELIGHTED. I'm just not sure Gigi is carrying it.
