I think this dress actually read much better in person -- that color is great on her -- and it's JEREMY SCOTT FOR MOSCHINO. I would have been more likely to believe she was wearing Brandi Glanville for Talbots than that this was the work of Mr Jeremy "Miley is my muse" Scott. But, frankly, I think that only speaks well of Scott -- to me, this dress, for Caitlin, says, "I can do more than you think I can," on his part, and that's always a great surprise.

I must also add that she sung a song from the musical adaptation of The Color Purple, in which she is starring, and my god you guys can she sing. I knew this intellectually -- I watched American Idol! -- but honestly, it's a Touched By God kind of talent. She was GREAT.
