I love this cover. I just... It makes me smile back at her. She exudes wisdom and competence and confidence and calm, somehow.

And not for nothing, her lipstick game is on point.

Navdeep is giving us some FANTASTIC cover energy here.

I appreciate the PPE on display, also. The story includes a moving bite from Rodriguez, who says the current calm feels like when the roller coaster makes its slow ascent, and you're just waiting for the inevitable drop.

I wish they had not gone SO heavy with the gold highlighter on her face. She looks like Kris Jenner here, which is not something I have EVER thought about Keisha before.

However: a big YES to the statement necklace, and to pulling off a split-pea-green suit.

Captivating, as ever.

She gets lost a little bit here -- too many different styling elements in one package, I think? The outfit seems so complicated, and looks like it'd be best served with a wind machine.

This looks a bit like she was photographed while giving a speech. I LOVE her bracelet.

And this has the air of posing for one's official portrait.

This is amazing. I want this to be a mural somewhere. Get on that, Conde Nast (and pay the artist handily for it).
