But you all might recognize her as Miss Moneypenny in the first 14 Bond movies. From Wikipedia: *"Maxwell lobbied for a role in the James Bond film Dr. No (1962), for her husband had suffered a heart attack and they needed the money. She received a "special achievement award" for Most Consistent, which is hilarious to me. We complain about the HFPA today, and with good reason, but some of these old categories were really just tremendous excuses to get superfamous people there who did not have a nominated performance. I love it. Also, Doris's outfit is timeless. I have no idea what that was -- the caption says "recent minor injury during the shooting of a new film," which given the year MIGHT have been Cool Hand Luke (1967)? I just love that he's wearing a full-on huge bandage on his face. Then again, it's the HFPA, so.
