This dress. It was such a nice color but then it turned into something FabFitFun would send with a candle inside it.

It looked both better and worse from the back.

And so many Pacey-related crushes were reborn.

I miss seeing Lauren Graham at stuff (but she has a new show this spring, so that will change soon). This dress is juuuust on the other side of bridesmaid, but HELLO, THAT CUFF.

Between Star Trek, Guardians, and the endless Avatars, Zoe is set for life. Not bad, Center Stage. NOT BAD. P.S. You're wearing bed linens from a bordello.

Well, that is beautiful. I didn't watch Dexter, so I developed my appreciation for her during the one season of Limitless starring her and Jake McDorman from Greek. I wish that show had gotten more of a chance. It probably should have ben on The CW, the grandest Giver of Chances of all.

I remember liking this at the time, mostly because everything she'd worn around it was messy and bad. But it's pretty forgettable.

This was her win from The Good Wife's first season -- Clooney was there for Up In The Air and seemed especially delighted that she won -- from a simpler time when we thought people on that show could be professional with one another. Sigh.

If the Golden Globes were actually I'm Meeting My Friend at a Wine Bar After Open House Night At My Kid's School, then she'd look perfect.

Meryl looks groovy in this, which is by the late and lamented Chris March from Project Runway. I hope she kept it and wore it in his memory.

Welcome to Alice's Adventures in Blunderland.

A consistent thing in this world is my confusion about Marion's clothing choices.

HOIK HOIK HOIK. HOIK HOIK HOIK Hoik your BODICE.

This feels like an Austen heroine's wedding night lingerie.

I ALSO FORGOT BURLESQUE EXISTED. Cher's face says, "I will never, ever forget that I did this." Xtina's face says, "My dress might not stay up."

Speaking of nighties, this is a fussy one.

He was nominated that year for Hung, a show that time forgot. He wore shoes.

Drew won for Grey Gardens, and bravely showed up to accept her trophy despite having caught Coral Reef Disease.

This kind of looks like someone made a huge napkin sculpture and then a cranky person ironed right over it.

This was right at the beginning of Christina Hendricks speaking up about having a hard time finding clothes, and Siriano stepping in and dressing women with love. I think she looks like a total bombshell.

However, what's up with people wearing dresses that are designed to make you think they're leaning really heavily in one direction?

"I ordered it a size too big off Rent The Runway, but whatever, I'm only staying for ten minutes."

She looks great. My whole post about this the first time was me wondering why Ben Affleck never showed up anywhere with her, which TEN YEARS LATER was pretty prophetic.

She was Joan of Arc before the Met Gala had people come as Joan of Arc.

What is even happening.

THIS was back when everyone was like, "Wait, a third-tier character from Twilight is an Oscar nominee now?" (Then she got way better lines in the other 3 Twilight movies.) This is overwhelming her. Also, Up In The Air really did not stick with me. I watched it, and I remember thinking she was totally fine in it, and that the movie itself wsa just okay.

Her dress is just OPENLY feeling her up.

She looks like she tried to dress up AS the step-and-repeat.

That skirt is cool, but the top looks like a very confused strapless bra.

That's a bit of a downer, too.

She would wear this entire outfit today, and I would dislike it just as much. Hooray for consistency?

Camilla needs some lip color with that. It's REALLY pretty, though. Joy looks simple and chic -- she never goes much more elaborate than that.

I always did think Barb on Big Love deserved some Wonder Woman cuffs.

Whoever made this puts the "high" in "High School Musical."

I forgot she had an Alanis phase.

And I forgot Heather Graham entirely. (No offense, Heather Graham! I forget all kinds of things that have to do with people I actually KNOW. I'm tragic.) That dress is pretty. Imagine it in brick red with a lip to match.

And where did Gabby go? She was on Empire for a while, in a very small role; did that go anywhere? If only there were a massive worldwide computer network on which I could look up this information.

And I ALSO forgot they were ever married. MEMORIES. She looks great in red.

It's also been sort of nice not having the cast of Modern Family all up in our grills at these things anymore. She needs a hoik here.

Wrinkles won the day. Great color though.

She had to do SOMETHING with all those unbleached coffee filters after she bought the Keurig. (Did Keurigs even exist in 2010? Who cares. GO WITH IT.)

This looks weighty.

And as if they forgot to think through how to finish it.

I bet I didn't like this at the time. I DO kind of like it now. It seems romantic and floaty and also I want to shoot a wind cannon at it.

In the grand tradition of the Globes, she decided to go sheer at the afterparty.

That is gorgeous.

This is for a vow renewal, not an awards ceremony.

Gorgeous in green.

Sure, okay. It's not egregious but it's not great either.

I feel like I can see too much of the construction under this dress to really love it, but the color is pretty on her (I like her with dark hair). Also, I somehow did not realize they'd been together this long.

Jenna Maroney's left boob is trying to break free, which seems like it should have been a 30 Rock plotline.

Not bad!

Halle would wear that right now to the dry cleaner.

I would like to turn that into separates, and then throw out the top and just give her a white tee. (Also, that's a no on the shoes from me.)

This seems almost restrained without, say, any sparkles or fur trim.

This looks like she walked out of her own wedding.

He has changed a LOT in ten years, I feel like.

She had, I think, JUST given birth. She looks cute. Also, upright, which is impressive.

This is dramatic. I think her stuff has only gotten better, though.

Oh, Felicity. I am from the future and you are NOT GONNA BELIEVE what I have to tell you.

I don't like this gown, particularly, but if she wore it NOW we'd be like, "WOW, HEIDI, YOU HAVE FIGURED IT OUT."

Groovy clutch, but how about a necklace?

And Fergie, wherefore art thou? This might be a bit too small for her chest, but it's pretty elegant.

This is all exactly on-brand.

What is that line across her hips?

That's really pretty. (She won for United States of Tara.)

That's not a skirt, that's a lampshade.

AN OLSEN IN A COLOR?!?!?

We've reached a point in our lives where Lily Collins has been attending events for a decade and THAT somehow makes me feel the oldest of all.

Speaking of things I forgot: THIS ENTIRE PHASE. Don't try to style yourself like Melrose Place's Jane Mancini DURING her growout phase, Kat!
