There have been a bunch of rumblings about Nicole and Keith for months now, in gossipy sources both semi-reliable (various Blind Item sites that have a decent track record) and questionable (like [*Star* ](https://starmagazine.com/videos/keith-urban-nicole-kidman-show-marriage-tension-awards-event/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)and [the DMIK](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4082500/Nicole-Kidman-Keith-Urban-red-carpet-argument-Lion-premiere-Sydney-just-days-dancing-storm-stage-New-Year-s-Eve.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)), all of which imply that once her awards run is done so will they be. I hope that's not true -- unless they hate each other, in which case I guess I hope it is true because that's no way for anyone to live -- but I will say that all of it informed my reaction to this dress. Which is, namely: Did she pick something so hideous to make sure people had something else about which to whisper? I don't know if it worked, but she at least stuck the landing on the "yikes" part. I know that may not go over well with the people who love the artsier McQueens, like [Margot Robbie in the unicorn](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/fug-or-fab-margot-robbie-at-the-suicide-squad-premiere-in-alexander-mcqueen/suicide-squad-premiere-in-new-york-for-carrera-3?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), but... at least that one looked *finished*.
