This is so fabulous. And, fun fact, the beaded flowers on her dress are the national flower of Norway -- she is in a Norwegian film! I almost think she doesn't even need such a bling-y necklace. But this is excellent.

There is a lot I liked here, but also my friend Morgan pointed out that she has cocktail napkins in exactly this fabric and then that's all I could see.
Obviously this dearly needs a steam -- but the rumpled vibe sort of fits her aesthetic. It makes this feel vintage, and kind of 90s? It works on her. (And she gave a wonderful speech.)
