For the neck up, she looks lovely. But the rest of this is just not singing. I would be been able to buy this on someone super young -- Hailee Steinfeld, maybe -- but it just looks sort of half-assed and insufficiently ballsy on her (which also sounds like an uncomfortable medical condition).
