# Golden Globes Fug or Fine Carpet: Zoe Kazan in Miu Miu

It was always going to be tough for her to top [the candy-striped Miu Miu she wore to the Emmys](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/emmy-awards-well-played-zoe-kazan-in-miu-miu-09-2015/), so let's at least acknowledge that degree of difficulty.

That out of the way: When I first saw this, it was just from the bust up, and I thought it was hella naked. Turns out no; it's just very peachy and delicate. She's doing a better job than I expected of keeping herself from looking washed out -- that makeup is from the Brie Larson School of How To Look Unmade Up Without Also Appearing Ill -- but I look at the gown and all I see is a prototype for something lovelier, if anyone had just thought to spin the color wheel even once.
