And this feels like one of Meryl Streep's rejects -- like she bought it at a charity auction because she's the world's biggest "Death Becomes Her" fan and has always wanted to go Streeping through a Hollywood event and now she can. Neither of them are fugtrocious on her, necessarily, but they're a bit disappointing -- especially with someone who has such interesting taste -- AND they're both somewhat shapeless. At least this one nips in on her waist, but it also somehow gobbles it.

But then this is very cute on her, and much more traditionally Kruger; it also seems to put to rest the idea that she's picking slightly baggier things for Ripening Womb Fruit reasons. Maybe he just proposed after a bunch of years because he really, really, really wanted to get married and finally convinced her this was the time. Stranger things have happened. But a Josh Jackson/Diane Kruger Uterine Secret and all the attendant fashion that would happen... I mean, dream a little dream, much?
