Uo Aduba in Randi Rahm
This is one of my favorite dresses of the night -- I love when that happens and the creator is someone who isn't your usual name. The reddish background behind the sparkles is so effective, but not distracting, and Uzo looks fabulous head to toe. She is as much a knockout on the red carpet as she is on OITNB -- an acronym I NEVER TYPE CORRECTLY the first time.

For sheer impact, this has to be one of the top gowns of the night. She and Felicity Jones both went with a big skirt, and you know how that usually sways me. I generally do NOT like the garrotte look, but this whole thing is fitted with admirable precision -- AHEM GWYNETH -- that it's hard to be mad at it. I will say that I think she could've used a little dark eyeliner on her upper lids, and a bracelet, but on the whole she is wrangling that sucker like the pro she now is.
