This is really striking and romantic and everything, but I'm distracted by how far up the see-through part goes. Did it need to be there at all?
She is so good at wearing clothes, though.
You know, this was actually totally fine. It won't be something I ever remember, but it looked good on her, it was dignified, and she was completely endearing when she won AND she brought a date who is cute and wears SHOES IN PUBLIC (ahem Thomas Jane), so in all I think she's coming out on top.
That skirt looks laser-cut, I think? Which is good. I don't think this look does much to highlight the workmanship that went into it, so ... meh.
Have you seen Galavant yet? The actress playing the princess/queen, Mallory Jansen, looks enough like Spencer Grammer with a dye job that I actually had to check and see if it was. And they were both at the same place at the same time over Globes weekend, so they are NOT secretly the same human. Who knew. Anyway, this is fine, but it's kind of EVIL princess.
She's grown up so much since she was Luke's daughter on Gilmore Girls.
It's a creative idea to make a dress that looks like a shirt over a skirt, or whatever, but... I really don't like this. It's too Square Dance for my liking.
Sure, why not. It's just an after-party.
She was supposedly a DELIGHT on Fargo, and I think she looks very elegant here.
At this point, I don't think the skin stripe serves any useful purpose.
I spent a LOT of time trying to discern if this is a dress or pants with a cape, but I'm pretty sure it's a dress -- just with a very high slit. I'm not that enraptured by it either way, so I'm not sure all that time was WORTH it. Too late.
Gabrielle Union still looks like she's in her 20s. Next.
She looks pretty great, actually, that Winfrey.
