In many ways, I feel like Stella McCartney's more avant-garde attempts are the fashion equivalent of clown college -- awkward, confusing, and putting stuff in the world that inadvertently frightens people -- so it's only appropriate that she'd send Katy Perry a muu muu that looks like it once belonged to a children's entertainer called Dame Bongo Buttons whose main trick is smoking a cigarette in a holder while standing on her head and whose water-shooting flower actually has gin in it.
