This dress doesn't look like much, but you put it on Tilda and tease up the hair and add the lop, and it's suddenly the coolest thing in town. She looks GREAT.

It's well-established that I am bored of sheers, but this has such a sexy, luxe Old Hollywood Diva vibe to it that Elle pulls off beautifully. The bolero is instrumental to that.
