I would've preferred that with just black panels, rather than lace. Somehow the lace just makes it look like someone glitter-taped the teal all over it.

I am not sure that bodice is the BEST thing that's ever happened to Haley James Scott, but certainly the overall dress is fine. (It also cannot be the worst thing ever to happen to her, because One Tree Hill was on for a long time and people FELT THINGS.)

I can't even really tell what's going on with the dress. She's giving me mild Zoe Kravitz/Liza Bonet vibes -- floaty dress, minimal makeup -- and that is also distracting me from deciding how I feel about the bodice ruffles. I THINK this might be okay? But it also might be just sorta hanging there.
