That hat is very Cigarette Girl, and the skirt is very much like what would happen if you have to re-purpose your car's sunshade in a Project Runway Unconventional Challenge.

This whole thing is very much in her wheelhouse, and I like it on her....unless we get to the shoes, which feel inspired by house arrest anklettes.

But let's end on a perfect high note. Everytime she carries this bag, I want to cry with joy and then steal it from her when she's distracted trying to get me tissues. It's THAT cute.
