Olivia sounded great singing "Driver's License," though, and at least this comes across as suitably dejected and stompy. ## Silk Sonic - Bruno Mars and Anderson.Paak ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673a-1649049158.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673a) Silk Sonic - Bruno Mars and Anderson. Paak 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 These two have been committed to this theme for SO LONG NOW. I feel like they have been oozing through awards shows in their '70s vibe SINCE the '70s. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673om-1649048980.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673om) Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars accept the award for Record of the Year 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 I think Anderson was REALLY enjoying this wig. ## BTS ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673ca-1649049140.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673ca) BTS 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 They sang "Butter," which is mad catchy. The dark ensembles were only okay. ## Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673fa-1649049102.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673fa) Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 Trevor Noah's whole bit about how no one knows Finneas's last name was so weird? He's not hiding it. Google and every Getty Images photographer knows it. I wasn't even aware he went by only Finneas until this year. ANYWAY, Billie's shirt has the late Taylor Hawkins on it, and I loved their performance. ## Dua Lipa and Megan Thee Stallion in Versace ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389396600-1649048917.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: (L-R) Dua Lipa and Megan Thee Stallion speak onstage during the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for The Recording Academy) This bit fell flat. They came out pretending they were annoyed to be in the same outfit because they each thought they had the exclusive, so Donatella marched out of the crowd and pulled off parts of their skirts to "fix" it... ## 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards - Telecast ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389391103-1649048911.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: (L-R) Dua Lipa and Megan Thee Stallion speak onstage during the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Rich Fury/Getty Images for The Recording Academy) ... and Donatella said, "Now these are my girls," or something, and they still basically looked the same except for subtle differences in skirt length. I genuinely could not tell if them looking the same still was the joke, or if it was supposed to... I don't know. Whatever it was, it didnt land. (I gather [something similar happened with Whitney and Mariah in 1998 at the VMAs](https://extratv.com/2022/04/03/dua-lipa-and-megan-thee-stallion-s-grammy-s-tribute-to-whitney-houston-mariah-carey/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), but they made no mention of it, and that one sounded like it worked much better.) ## Jon Batiste ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673lb-1649049026.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673lb) Jon Batiste 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 Jon came out in a cape looking for all the world like he was at the barber getting a trim. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673ln-1649049017.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673ln) Jon Batiste 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 He soon shook off THAT look. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389413003-1649048941.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: Jon Batiste winner of best American roots performance, best American roots song, best music video and best score soundtrack for visual media poses in the winners photo room during the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by David Becker/Getty Images for The Recording Academy) And then he donned a significantly more triumphant cape. Someday, I, too, would like a Cape of Triumph. ## Volodymyr Zelenskyy ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673ht-1649049069.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673ht) Volodymyr Zelenskyy 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 He gave [a very serious, lovely pre-recorded speech about the war](https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/grammys-2022-zelenskyy-ukraine-russia-speech-1332250/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), the importance of music, and the horrors of silence in their ruined cities. It was well done. I am surprised they got him, given how everyone resisted this idea at the Oscars, but I also think the Grammys was a) a better fit, if he was going to do anything, and b) a better event overall. ## Mika Newton, John Legend, Siuzanna Iglidan ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389403104-1649048932.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: (L-R) Mika Newton, John Legend, and Siuzanna Iglidan perform onstage during the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images) Mika is a Ukrainian singer, and Siuzanna is playing the bandura, the national instrument of Ukraine. I feel like John Legend would like to campaign for his voice to be considered the national instrument of the United States. ## Lyuba Yakimchuk ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12880535co-1649049059.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chris Pizzello/AP/Shutterstock (12880535co) Ukrainian poet Lyuba Yakimchuk performs in support of Ukraine at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, in Las Vegas 64th Annual Grammy Awards - Show, Las Vegas, United States - 03 Apr 2022 Lyuba performed a poem. I think this kind of package fit better at the Grammys than at the Oscars, because it was a more natural way to pay a tribute to Ukrainian culture, and music feels more... uplifting and uniting than movies, most of the time. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389391091-1649048925.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: (L-R) Chrissy Teigen and John Legend attend the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Johnny Nunez/Getty Images for The Recording Academy) Chrissy changed to sit in the auditorium, which is wise, but I think she's about to pop a nipple. That top is straining to stay put. ## Rachel Zegler (in Zuhair Murad), Cynthia Erivo, Leslie Odom Jr. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673kg-1649049036.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673kg) Rachel Zegler, Cynthia Erivo and Leslie Odom Jr. 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 These three, plus Ben Platt, sang a Sondheim medley during the In Memoriam. They sounded wonderful together. Rachel's dress is also a 100 percent improvement over that dreary grey Dior disaster she wore on the red carpet. ## H.E.R. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673mw-1649048998.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673mw) H.E.R 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 She began her performance in a frock that's quite beautiful... ## H.E.R. with Lenny Kravitz ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673nr-1649048990.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673nr) H.E.R and Lenny Kravitz 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 The man knows his way around a boot. ## Lenny Kravitz ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673pb-1649048964.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673pb) Lenny Kravitz 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 ## Carrie Underwood ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673op-1649048972.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673op) Carrie Underwood 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 Carrie, as usual, went with a short skirt and a wind machine. ## Doja Cat ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/GettyImages-1389407566-1649048948.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 03: Doja Cat attends the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 03, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/Getty Images for The Recording Academy) This looks fine in this photo, but apparently she went to the bathroom right when one of her categories was announced and then she WON and had to sprint to the stage. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673mo-1649049008.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673mo) Best Pop Duo/Group Performance - 'Kiss Me More' - Doja Cat featuring SZA 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 It was Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, which she shared with Sza (who was on crutches?!?), and I swear the whole time she was up there I was concerned her right boob was making a run for it. Luckily it did not. (She had a moment where she turned to make sure her CROTCH was not doing a runner after her bathroom frenzy.) ## Jazmine Sullivan ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673jo-1649049045.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673jo) AlbumBest R&B Album - 'Heaux Tales' - Jazmine Sullivan 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 Jazmine won for Best R&B Album and seemed super surprised. Her suit is GREAT. ## Lady Gaga ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673ix-1649049052.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673ix) Lady Gaga 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 As vocally adept as she is, I have to be honest, I didn't really enjoy this set from her. It was a tribute to Tony Bennett, more or less (he was not present, as I believe he has fast-advancing Alzheimer's, but he recorded a very quick introduction for her), and their relationship is really quite wonderful, but I don't know. The songs weren't the best and it was a little shticky for me. I KNOW, I'm sorry. ## Ludacris ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673gx-1649049079.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673gx) Ludacris, Christopher Bridges 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 His suit is superb. More please! ## Nas ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673gm-1649049086.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673gm) Nas 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 This is fine, but unfortunately for him, I put him after Ludacris and that suit is a tough act to chase. ## Brandi Carlile ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673fz-1649049094.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673fz) Brandi Carlile 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 Brandi's collection of sparkly jackets is endless, and I sincerely want to run gleefully through her closet. ## Lil Nas X ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673dg-1649049132.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673dg) Lil Nas X 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 If we know anything about Lil Nas X, it's that he won't stay this drab for long. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12880412dr-1649049112.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chris Pizzello/AP/Shutterstock (12880412dr) Lil Nas X performs a medley at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, in Las Vegas 64th Annual Grammy Awards - Show, Las Vegas, United States - 03 Apr 2022 And he didn't. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12880412do-1649049122.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chris Pizzello/AP/Shutterstock (12880412do) Lil Nas X performs a medley at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, in Las Vegas 64th Annual Grammy Awards - Show, Las Vegas, United States - 03 Apr 2022 And he REALLY didn't. ## John and TJ Osborne ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/04/shutterstock_editorial_12879673pn-1649048955.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Rob Latour/Shutterstock (12879673pn) John Osborne and TJ Osborne 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, USA - 03 Apr 2022 And then these two brought down the house. Roll credits. It was a good night. I didn't even feel that old! IT'S A MIRACLE. [The Grammys Telecast Was...
