I DO kind of like Katy's makeup, though. Sometimes the fact that she's very pretty gets lost underneath all the other hoo-ha, so it's nice that she let it push through here.

Not that there wasn't hoo-ha, too. Katy Perry DOES love a chance to dress like the proprietress of a post-apocalyptic hair salon.

I've decided I want these two to have an affair. Katy can keep Rihanna from walking down Chris Brown Blvd. again, and Rihanna can help Katy get over Russell Brand, while also throwing out her crimping iron.

I actually love this, right down to the bitchin' piano shoes. I want those.

THIS, however, is HILARIOUS. It feels like a scene out of a movie where the lead character is ineptly spying on someone by hiding behind something large and then pretending it's moving around under its own power. As if someone told her Russell was at a florist with a new Katy lookalike and so she decided to stalk him behind a giant carnation.

I also like to think she's telling Russell, with this outfit, "This? Is where your FACE would have been. AND THIS SMELLS BETTER." Otherwise she kind of looks like Glinda the Good Witch's sister, the overlord of all Oz's groundskeepers.
