# Grammys Well Played: Kacey Musgraves in Armani

Poor Kacey Musgraves got chyroned as "Tori Kelly" during the red carpet broadcast. Which is an especial bummer because, as one Fug National pointed out, Kacey finally got it quite right:

I love this. Beyond its many other qualities, it's abundantly touchable. And the purple lipstick works for me because it's the Grammys, which is precisely the night to add a touch of camp. In other words: It's her one night a year, more or less, to make the rest of the industry stand up and pay attention. This ought to do it. Then again, they also might look at this and think, "Wait, I don't remember Katy Perry being there." Katy Perry should take that as both a compliment and a fashion directive.
