That bodice reminds me of construction-paper cut-and-paste projects my kids would do in kindergarten. And the skirt looks like someone took a bridesmaid dress and thought, "I CAN wear this again. If I just bunch it up, NO ONE WILL KNOW."

And then of course there are the sleeves.

They look like sweatpants for her biceps.

Or, like a banner someone hung between two poles, but then the wind blew and it fell in on itself a bit. I can't look away. In a bad way.

## Anna Faris (in Juan Carlos Obando) and Chris Pratt

Hooray, Anna picked a black shoe with a twist. She has gone with these very simple cuts and colors [for GotG appearances](../../the-marvel-train-races-on-with-guardians-of-the-galaxy-2-04-2017), which I think is why the busy madness of [her Walk of Fame dress](../../chris-pratt-joins-the-hollywood-walk-of-fame-04-2017) was especially jarring.

## Karen Gillan in Self Portrait

She died in a curtain factory, and now she haunts it.

I feel like you wear this to launch your own line of thongs for showgirls.

## Kurt Russell

And when you invite your lovable, supportive dad to that party, he'll look just like this.
