Lily Gladstone in Gucci

She looks... like a tomato. It's very weird to me that this hangs down so far over her hands.

Ben and J.Lo in Gucci

This is a bra and a sheer piece of lace, and I congratulate her for how hot she looks in this but as design goes I REALLY don't like it. Her necklace should be the star -- well, other than her leg/bod -- but I keep looking at that hideous bodice.

Ben is ALSO looking at it, but in a much more satisfied way.

Jodie Turner-Smith in Gucci

I almost put this in the other slideshow, but the only real ELEMENT to this is the metallic top. Although it's so tiny. Truly, what she's wearing here are her abs. I also miss her dramatic makeup.

Julia Garner in Gucci

She does a great job with makeup. She's so fair skinned and with such bleached hair, but she never gets washed out OR overwhelmed. It's always the right makeup job. Her dress is... whatever. They strapped a leftover piece of chain mail to her.

Jodie Comer in Gucci

It's weird to say this but it almost looks too casual? The skirt part is fabulous, but the top is a lot of nothing. It's like... for a lunch date at Spago.

Yara Shahidi in Gucci

Somehow the sleeves make this feel a bit dressier. Well, that, and the innate coolness of the whole silhouette, although I always question the need for bonus strings.

Laura Harrier

And this is "business cocktails after work."

Quinta Brunson

This might be one of my favorites of the night. It's extremely cool, with strong lines, and super sexy on her.

Andrew Garfield in Gucci

He looks super in this.

Lux Pascal and Pedro Pascal, both in Gucci

Lux brought the real zing here. Her brother Pedro is in PJs.

Lupita Nyong'o in Gucci

This could be pretty if it were a touch less sheer. There's an elegance to it, a floatiness, but right now it's just tissue.

Niecy Nash in Solace London

Whereas this is so vibrant!

Greta Lee in Gucci

Well. I do not think I could dislike this more.

Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. in Gucci

DDG looks cool in pink here. This all works.

Colleen Camp

Yvette will be in the billiard room recording the entire event. When she screams, RUN TO HER. She also drank the cognac.

Salma Hayek in Gucci

She looks dead sexy, as usual. They've really started tailoring for her properly in the last few years.

Tantoo Cardinal

She looks FABULOUS. Easily one of my favorites of the night.

Rosé in Saint Laurent

This seems a tad ... micro.

Emma Chamberlain in Gucci

That's a bit of a shapeless box.

Lykke Li in Gucci

This is really just an overlong tank top.

Jiajiahui Zhang in Gucci

The cut on the bodice leaves me emotionally cold. And her, potentially physically cold.

Jessica Chastain in Gucci

Elegant!

Paris Hilton and Carter Reum

The sleeves are a wonky length on her, too, but the dress has a romantic feel to it.

Kim Kardashian

And then Kim showed up in enough dress to clear the room. Girl, you're five months too late for the Barbiecore craze.

I Salute The Folks Who Attended the LACMA + Gucci Art Gala In Something Zingy

We need zing.
