Featuring: KiKi Layne Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com This is so fabulous. Gucci tends to be a LOT for me, much of the time, but this harnesses all the Muchness into a majestic dress that she still manages to top at its own game. It's looks like this where you understand the concept of a muse, I think, because she clearly inspired her whole team to put together its best work. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37296920-1572815702.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: KiKi Layne Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com This is positively regal. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37296911-1572815686.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: KiKi Layne Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Yes, I downloaded three photos of her. The hair is such an art piece. ## Zoe Saldana in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295448-1572815553.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Zoe Saldana Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Whereas this feels dreary to me. I think either the skirt or the top, paired with a simpler other half, MIGHT have had a shot? Mostly the skirt. The top feels like she's going to offer me one more refill of bottomless tortilla chips before the gang comes to sing me Happy Birthday. ## Greta Gerwig in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295463-1572815560.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Greta Gerwig Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I liked this better when she essentially shot an ad for it [on her stylist Cristina Erlich's instagram](https://www.instagram.com/p/B4YwOAZjXQP/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). It's INCREDIBLY overwhelming when she's just trying to wear it, as opposed to when she's WEARING IT, with big gestures and while standing on a rock or whatever. ## Naomi Campbell in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295589-1572815584.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Naomi Campbell Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Not a fan. ## Salma Hayek in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297409-1572815721.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Salma Hayek Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com This may be the best she's looked in a while. It's gorgeous. ## Regina King in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295602-1572815591.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Regina King Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com [The same person who did KiKi's hair also did Regina's](https://www.instagram.com/larryjarahsims/?hl=en&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io); it's less successful, for me. I also wish I liked the dress better. There's something discordant about it to my eye and I can't put my finger on what.Is it the colors? Imagine the top in more of a jewel tone -- purple, or green, or something. Would it be more striking? ## Brie Larson in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295468-1572815575.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Brie Larson Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Having said that... I don't love this either, and it DOES have a darker bodice. But the work on it is less delicately lovely and more HELLO LOOK I CUT OUT SOME SHIT!!! and that might be why, here. The bow and the little haert and the cut of the heart... too much. It is committing tweeson. ## Sienna Miller in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295422-1572815544.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Sienna Miller Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com This dress, I think, is hoping that all the sparkle will distract me from it being boxy at heart and uncaptivating. BUT I NOTICED, DRESS. I see you. ## Molly Sims ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295770-1572815637.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Molly Sims Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I do prefer her basic black. The shape of it is enticing. ## Laura Dern in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295466-1572815567.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Laura Dern Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I accidentally wrote "in Gucco" up there in the caption title and that's kind of what this resembles to me: an imitative attempt at Gucci, dramatic but a little bit wanting. ## Jared Leto ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295734-1572815602.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Jared Leto Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I mean, I guess. The jacket is nice. He's looked worse. I'm still not charmed by him. ## Suki Waterhouse in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295787-1572815657.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Suki Waterhouse Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com That limp toilet-paper strip of a flourish isn't doing much for me. ## Amandla Stenberg in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37296931-1572815712.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Amandla Stenberg Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com [The gent who did her hair](https://www.instagram.com/p/B4Y3MUDlkEh/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) called it a "geisha-inspired ponytail." I can't decide what I make of this overall -- the dress is sort of neat, but the whole thing might be a bit heavy on her. ## Carrie Coon ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/shutterstock_editorial_10464309bw-1572821623.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Broadimage/Shutterstock (10464309bw) Carrie Coon LACMA Art and Film Gala, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 02 Nov 2019 This feels like Naomi Watts cosplay. Not in a bad way? I don't LOVE the dress but Carrie still looks great. ## Ava DuVernay in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295752-1572815610.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Ava DuVernay Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com This is right in her wheelhouse. ## Yara Shahidi in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297499-1572815749.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Yara Shahidi Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com And THIS is right in hers. I think that's superb on her. ## Cynthia Erivo in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37296487-1572815677.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Cynthia Erivo Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I could have done without the pelvic seams. ## Laura Mulleavy and Kate Mulleavy in Rodarte ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297489-1572815739.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Laura Mulleavy, Kate Mulleavy Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com It's good to see them wearing their own stuff -- I mean, if THEY don't want to, that's not a glowing endorsement. I prefer Left Mulleavy's. I think that's Laura. Unfortunately, our photo service captioned them both as Yara Shahidi, which is not accurate. ## Billie Eilish in Gucci ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297689-1572815775.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Billie Eilish Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I don't entirely know how to talk about her, because she dresses in baggy clothes like this for the specific purpose of the air of mystery -- [you can't judge what you can't see](https://www.buzzfeed.com/benhenry/billie-eilish-vogue-australia-interview?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), etc. So yes, obviously, this doesn't fit, and that's why it fits. Do I wish the garment were NICER while also not fitting? Sure. Do I wish the shoes were less of a crafting accident? Of course. I don't know what else to say about it. She's probably comfy? ## Nicky Hilton in Oscar de la Renta ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295757-1572815620.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Nicky Hilton Rothschild Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I wonder if it's awkward to show up at this and be one of about two or three people who are NOT in Gucci. Was she not GIVEN any Gucci? I hope it turns out she gate-crashed. Her Oscar is gorgeous, though, and I'll give her that my eyes pass right over the shoes and back to her in the frock. ## Rainey Qualley ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/shutterstock_editorial_10464268e-1572821589.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (10464268e) Rainey Qualley LACMA Art and Film Gala, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 02 Nov 2019 She is WAY underdressed, right? It's cute but for a totally different party. ## Beck Hansen ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297475-1572815730.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Beck Hansen Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com It's always odd to contemplate Beck having a last name. He also looks like the love child of Jane Lynch and a priest in an Italian village. ## Jon Hamm ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37296470-1572815668.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Jon Hamm Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Sure. ## Christoph Waltz ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297535-1572815755.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Christoph Waltz Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com And why not. ## Keanu and Alexandra Grant ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37297540-1572815765.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Alexandra Grant, Keanu Reeves Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I don't know if she's his girlfriend, or actually "best pal and business partner," but it's nice to see Keanu look happy? I assume the coiffure is a Bill & Ted related thing. ## Donald Glover ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/wenn37295776-1572815648.jpg) LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, California. Featuring: Donald Glover Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com I don't know, y'all. I know I'm supposed to find him a visionary, but when it comes to his clothes, I often think he just looks silly? ## John Legend ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/shutterstock_editorial_10464268rb-1572821612.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (10464268rb) John Legend LACMA Art and Film Gala, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 02 Nov 2019 Simple, classic. ## Tyler the Creator ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/11/shutterstock_editorial_10464430de-1572821637.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Shutterstock (10464430de) Tyler the Creator LACMA Art and Film Gala, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 02 Nov 2019 Simple, classic. Featuring: Linda Ramone Where: Los Angeles, California, United States When: 02 Nov 2019 Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/WENN.com Obviously I'm finishing with the Emerald City's most infamous traveling con artist. Don't even ask about the hair tonic she sold the Wizard.
