Zoe Saldana

This is neat, but I don't... totally... understand it? Did she put a dress and a shawl on the ground and then run them over with a hot steamroller?

Naomi Watts in Givenchy

This is a pretty color on her, but you can't tell me it doesn't look like she bought it for $79.99 at Express. Which would be fine if she in fact HAD done that.

Ava DuVernay

She just always, always has something perfect.

Cynthia Erivo in Khaite

This is so nice and simple. But of course, she's still got the Elphaba theme going with her nails. I like that better than dressing in an unending parade of green, but I assume she'll pick that up again in like October.

Joey King in David Koma

This is tremendous on her. It's a real step up in chicness.

Reese Witherspoon

It's not a celebration of Big Little Lies's Emmy winner if at least ONE of the Big Little Liars does not attend. Reese looks fine, and as if she's content to let the earrings do the work.

LIly Rabe

Lily and Nicole are both in The Undoing, which I THINK was the show where Hugh Grant played Nicole's terrible husband. This feels like something she bought and then decided to "improve," Pretty in Pink style. But obviously with green. I would say lose the gloves, but then the green flutter sleeves make even less sense, and vice-versa.

Michelle Pfeiffer

She technically hasn't worked with Nicole, BUT she's married to David E. Kelley, who did Big Little Lies AND the forthcoming second season (for some reason?!?!?) of Nine Perfect Strangers. She looks excellent -- like Catwoman, after a lot of therapy.

Sarayu Blue in Rami Al Ali

She's in Expats. GLAM.

Ji-Young Yoo

She is ALSO in Expats. This actually looks to me like something Nicole Kidman would like for herself, which makes it thematically apt.

Barry Jenkins and Lulu Wang

And Lulu created/directed Expats. She looks very cool and also like maybe she would get you off on your murder charges. And I love Barry, but whatever his jacket is doing to him is a BETRAYAL of his lovely smile.

Morgan Freeman

Apparently he did an intro video spoofing Nic's AMC commercials, which is very funny.

Mike Myers

I have NO idea why Mike Myers is here. Maybe Nicole Kidman is the world's biggest collector of Wayne's World memorabilia.

Meryl Streep

The shadow makes it look like there's a big black patch on Meryl's dress, but there isn't -- it's flowers all the way, and it's gorgeous.

Miles Teller, Keleigh Sperry

Miles was in Rabbit Hole like 14 years ago, so when he was practically a wee babe, and Keleigh is his wife and semi-professional Taylor Swift pal. They both look nice. I actually quite like Keleigh's dress, except...

Keleigh Sperry

... once she faces forward, the bow being plonked off to the side is nibbling at me.

Zefron

He's gotten to the point where I have to check my work before I'm sure it's him.

Jane Seymour

And Nic starred with Jane in an iconic Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman episode in which Nicole's character became addicted to leeches. Just kidding. I WISH.

Tinseltown Turned Out for Nicole Kidman's AFI Tribute

I forgot she worked with some of these folks!
