This looks like the suit came back from the tailor with the pants having been hemmed to the measurements of someone much taller -- is Gwendoline Christie across town wondering why her trousers are suddenly capri pants? Nevertheless, we must applaud the ingenuity of the stylist who decided to simply pretend that this INTENTIONAL and they always meant to transform this look into something ever so slightly swashbuckle-y. That's why they get the big bucks! (Or maybe sometimes just medium bucks.)
