I can't tell if that is skin, or netting, or what, but I know in the close-up you can see SOME cleav, so... I can't figure this thing out. The blingy piece looks like either jewelry spaghetti or some kind of S&M device. It's VERY striking on her but it might be confusing my pea brain, basically, and I might be a little afraid of it.

This is one of those dresses that I fear might only make sense if you are standing with your thigh poking out of it, as she is, and then the rest of the time when you're moving around the skirt just sort of hangs there waiting to find its purpose again. It's a great color, though. I am not liking her makeup -- somehow I NEVER like her makeup.
