This is shorts, and I believe in fact calls itself a "playsuit." I am generally fundamentally opposed to anything on an adult's body that would use that word, but... it's the holidays! She's at a mall! And that cape is AWESOME. So maybe she's not merely Gwen Stefani, but Captain Festive, here to crank up your holiday spirit.

This is EXACTLY how this was displayed on the runway. The colors are very sunny and cheery on her, but the dress -- if that's even what it is -- looks sloppily applied.

However, it has a one-shouldered cape, so she COULD have dropped in from celestial parts to make sure we're all spiking our egg nog with enough brandy. Assuming she doesn't slam it into a car door.

... Is that a cat on her jacket's sleeve? And is that actually a puffer jacket that's been Dr. Moreau'd with a hoodie? So many questions. EVERYTHING about this outfit is overdesigned.
