So, the Billboard Music Awards were last night, and the red carpet was a...less than A-list affair, if I may be honest. I think everyone was at home, waiting for *Twin Peaks* to start. (Or, if you're Rihanna -- and I HOPE YOU ARE -- at Cannes, hopefully devoting a good portion of each afternoon to crank-calling Leonardo DiCaprio's yacht. Remember when they allegedly dated for like minutes? Leo *wishes*.) Anyway, also left at home? Halsey's top.
