Yesterday, we looked back at the Globes from thirty years ago, and now we're skipping ahead a decade to the 2006 ceremony, which honored *Brokeback Mountain*, *Walk the Line,* Felicity Huffman in *Transamerica*, *Lost*, *Desperate Housewives*, and Geena Davis for *Commander* *in* *Chief*, her show that started as a runaway hit and then plunged so precipitously in the ratings that they yanked it without even airing all the episodes. America REALLY doesn't want a woman president, huh?!?!?!?
