Kim Basinger turned 67 yesterday, and an idle check on her fashion history yielded a couple genuine surprises -- and then one GLORIOUS memory of the time she was in *My Stepmother Is An Alien*. The woman who can wear this hat and look fantastic in it deserves the absolute happiest of natal days.
