One of the things I like about these pieces -- beyond the fact that they're pretty! -- is that they feel like the sort of Every Day Pieces a woman might wear to just go about her business as a person, and it's touching to me that clearly the boys saved everything of their mother's, not just The Real Big Jewels. (They may even be costume jewelry.) [The Court Jeweller also had lovely insight on her Instagram today](https://www.instagram.com/p/Bo-3iQygtPU/?taken-by=courtjeweller&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io): "Butterflies aren't just beautiful creatures. They're also symbols of the soul and rebirth. How appropriate, then, that the Duchess of Sussex chose to wear a pair of butterfly earrings on the first day of her visit to Australia -- which also happened to coincide with the announcement that she's expecting her first baby."
