Anne and Meghan were VERY chatty and I've decided they are best friends who sidle up to each other at parties and discuss, under their respective breaths, who there seems like they mght secretly be a jewel thief. (Mr. Princess Anne ALSO always seems DELIGHTED to see Meghan.
