Gorgeous fabulous love it doesn't look AT ALL like a demented set of bloomers.

I am not a fan of the design of that top, but the skirt is quite nifty, at least. Cotillard will give it a solid whirl, right?

Those shoes are ruining lives.

That at least probably looked cool at the show. It's an interesting art piece.

I don't hate some aspects of this, either. And again, as weird as it'd look on a red carpet potentially, it fits in nicely here.

And that's straight-up cute. Cannes Photocall, here this comes.

ALSO cute. WHAT IS HAPPENING.

I want to delete the blouse on the left one, and the breastplate on the right, and then we'd be in business.

Oh, and now we're back to crazy stuff now. I could see an Elle Fanning trying to pull off this Lopsided Princess look, sans the shirt.

That white one really just looks like it's sliding off.

Shouldn't they have a vaccine for that?

Oh, wow. I cannot wait for the day Jennifer Lawrence shows up at something wearing a strip of acid as a shirt. And TWO options for it, no less. Riches.

The shoes genuinely make these women look like they just escaped either a sanitarium or a sex cult.

AND THOSE SHOES. So bad. Which is a pity, because the skirt is lovely. Don't look so terrified, kid! You made out better than a lot of 'em.

What a clean, crisp, lovely coat.

I don't know what the deal is with Stuff That Looks Like It's Falling Off. The one on the right at least has a more stylish bent to it, bizarre though it is.

Is she being slowly unwrapped?

I am afraid of what's under the jacket. Maybe that EXPLAINS the jacket.

More of this neckline. Meh?

And, a muted version.

AND OF COURSE. BECAUSE THERE ALWAYS MUST BE ONE. Can't we all please GIVE UP ON THIS? Just for a year, even?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

... okay, I'm slowly coming back to consciousness... waving crazy pants in my face is like giving me smelling salts.

Well, none of that is flattering. It's too bad those fabrics didn't get a better chance.

It... could be worse?

SURELY that will show up on someone, for better or worse. I am also sure I've written that exact sentence in every fashion slideshow ever. I'm not into it, but I think it will trick people because it SEEMS uncomplicated and with a low degree of difficulty, and then it will turn out to be really underwhelming.

I am getting an Evan Rachel Wood vibe here, and I think it's coming directly from the model herself.

Well. Whatever you think of the coat, let's celebrate that lipstick as the perfection it is.
