Melanie went a little thematic here, following up the previous night's gorgeous pink pleated caftan-lite frock with its poofy party cousin. It's fabulous with her skin tone.

Ayo Edebiri

I thought she was wonderful on The Bear -- the Internet is thirsting for Carmy, but her work as Sydney was subtle and relatable and super, in a way that grounded the show when it needed it most. She knows how to express a hundred feelings in one blink of her eye. And often, she is wearing this expression of light exasperation, which is why this photo made me smile. Well, and I am into her pastel plaid.

Dichen brought her EXTREMELY CUTE daughter, and they both look super. Matilda will enjoy borrowing her mom's dress here when she turns 16.

Unfortunately, her co-star Jen's torso looks like the Swedish chef. This is definitely hurdy burdy gurdy gurgiby.

Kaitlyn Dever

Her head looks great here. The dress is... just one in a long line of takes on this. I feel like when she changed stylists, it was perhaps with the mandate of growing up/sexying up her image a little, and that's part of the Tinseltown life cycle I guess, but the execution has not been that interesting.

Anjali Bhimani

She's on Ms. Marvel, and I'm enjoying her wonkus take on a suit dress more than I expected to.

Johnny Sibilly

He is on Hacks. All the elements here are delightful, but the shoes belong with a different, equally delightful outfit that is still hanging on a rack somewhere.

Tawny Newsome

Tawny is from Star Trek: Lower Decks (and Space Force, which... they made two whole seasons of?!?), and this would have been better for me without the car wash portion.

Karen Pittman

This says, "Everyone forgets I'm ALSO on The Morning Show, which I would MUCH RATHER TALK ABOUT than And Just Like That." Or, I mean, I ASSUME my translation here is correct.

Her dress reminds me of a Lite Brite, which is a compliment. Who DOESN'T love Lite Brite? Well, unless you're a parent who nostalgically bought their kid one and now has to clean up and/or avoid stepping on all the pegs, but otherwise -- and even so -- SERIOUSLY who doesn't love a Lite Brite.

As usual, Hannah wears a suit with great panache, and as usual Paul Downs looks like the substitute for the guy who opens for the guy who opens for the magician.

Sydney Bell, Nneka Onuorah, and Jayla Sullivan

I believe they're all repping Lizzo's Watch Out For The Big Grrrls. Sydney and Jayla are contestants (Sullivan is the show's lone trans dancer), and Nneka in the middle is one of the directors, or THE director, I'm not totally sure. My favorite here is Nneka's gold oxfords.

Maxim Baldry

He's in the new Lord of the Rings show. He looks a bit like a young, wet Javier Bardem. Crossed with latter-day Mark-Paul Gosselaar, maybe.

Cameron Esposito

Cameron hosted the show. Here she is modeling a great suit and the facial expression of a person who is only just reading the banter on the prompter for the first time. Gotta exorcise that face before the actual hosting begins.

Arden Cho

To say this sits a tad low is like saying Lake Mead is just having a tough summer.

Once again I thought she was Alicia Silverstone at first. This is bridesmaid-y, but still not bad. She's in a wedding where she won't hate the bride afterward.

TRENT CRIMM, THE INDEPENDENT! Does he just play himself, and show up with stuff from his own closet? Because this tracks EXACTLY with what I imagine TRENT CRIMM, THE INDEPENDENT, would wear to one of these.
