# Help Me Parse Katy Perry's Clothes Please

It's not that I dislike this, but rather... what *is* it that I'm not exactly disliking? Is it a dress? Is it a coat? Is it a coat-dress? Is it a liquid Thneed? What's with that sleeve length? Why do they look like they're made of cellophane? Again, she looks quite good in whatever this is, and it's nice that after all these years, Katy is still keeping our relationship fresh. But I just want to understand. My pea brain prefers not to be pureed.
