I love this top but I would look like a cream puff in this outfit. I WISH YOU BETTER LUCK.
This has an Eau de Saldana to me. Why am I always trying to dress Zoe Saldana?
I'm just warning you, there is a LOT of oatmeal in this collection.
I really wish those knickers were a pencil skirt. That's also the title of my autobiography, by the way.
This WOULD be good for having coffee on the deck of the yacht.
No one does Slouchy more often than Donna Karan. I feel like if you go to her house, everyone there is wearing these pants and drinking champagne. Even the employees.
Lupita, here's a good photocall outfit for you! You're welcome!
Susan Sarandon is often at the Donna Karan show and I bet you she has already ordered this whole thing. The pants are concerning to me as a human in the world.
This feels a inspired by a night someone was accidentally locked in the storeroom of the local Anthropolgie. I also wish they're used more models of color in this -- I actually think it would have done the collection more favors, because as it is, a lot of the women look washed out in this color. It's actually a bit weird to me, because Donna Karan's shows are always very, very diverse.
I am going to have a LOT of thoughts about these sorts of pants, I suspect, and sometimes they will be, "this is better than I thought it might be," and sometimes it will be agonized moaning.
I do feel like a lot of this resort season seems to subtly be suggesting that maybe we would feel better if we joined a VERY chic cult?
I actually love these pants on the model, but I would PERSONALLY look INSANE in them.
I know it's not a cardigan, but this feels like Wine Cardigan time to me.
All that being said: THIS IS GREAT. I want to see it on SWINTON. And that coat is DIVINE.
And this could be beautiful on someone it doesn't wash out. Actually, I might put this on Lupita again.
Do we think these are pants?
AT LAST COLOR.
This whole section feels kind of like, "glamorous lady sitting at her dressing table, thinking of her lovers."
I wish I could see the cami better here. It MIGHT be the one we saw earlier with the Maybe Pants?
I suspect this dress is FABULOUS. (I am firmly pro-sparkle.) but I wish we could lose the jacket to find out for sure.
I am sort of surprised Klum didn't go for the jumpsuit, to be honest. Right?
This model reminds me so much of a Fanning, that I keep thinking this has already been worn BY a Fanning.
MORE SHEARLING, which we also saw in the Kors collection. I can't wear anything that reminds me of an Ugg Boot. As cozy as it may be.
This jacket is crazy cute.
And this is very elegant, though the length might be tricky. I feel it for a redhead. Oh, Julianne Moore, right? Right.
"It's LINED," I said aloud to the empty room.
This is perfect for the starlet wishing to conceal her pregnancy. Mark my words.
Emma Stone? Kirsten Dunst.
This also feels like it's in the Wheelhouse of Klum.
Is this velvet? Can't be, for resort...right? RIGHT?
This has potentially strange proportions and someone is going to show up and look awkward in it, I suspect.
It's NOT lined, I groaned to the empty room. If THIS were lined, I would be dying of happiness. One day. We'll get there, people. (OR WILL WE? Maybe we won't. Maybe I will have to -- no. Never surrender.)
This is quite elegant, I think.
This is the Donna Karan-iest seeming one, to me.
Yes, this is the dress we saw on Heidi. I LOVE it.
This color seems to require a redhead, again. Who would work, do we think?
This might be a lovely wedding dress for your cocktail party wedding?
And this IS a full-on wedding gown, right? I must say: I think it's pretty gorgeous. Overall all: stronger ending than beginning, for my tastes. What do you think?
