The top is not unlike a type of bodice she wore from, yes, Elie Saab. This line and Saab and Zuhair Murad seem to have a lot of mind meld. (I don't mean that as a judgment. At this point, I don't think I am going to be on Team Hathaway, but if she wore this to her next premiere, it would be a REALLY INTRIGUING start.
