I cannot live like this; I need to know if she's written a book about talking dolphins or the like. Anyway, she's pretty.

The specific details of this outfit were SO CONFUSING to me. I think it's high-waisted cropped pants, a blazer, and a white shirt with a long tie. But...it took too long to figure that out.
