In which, more than ever, this Canadian Music Awards Show Mainstay offers a cavalcade of WTF?! in terms of attendees, and what they have chosen to wear. This year, in fact, there were so many people that I literally not only didn't recognize but had never even heard of -- because I am old? Or maybe Canada is really playing its youthful pop stars close to the vest right now -- that I bring you merely the highlights. Or lowlights? Either way, literally, I *am* bringing you a woman who just goes by "Lights."
