The costuming on this show -- Hilary is a young publishing executive -- has only gotten wackier over the years, which I love. It makes no sense that anyone would own this outfit unless she's going to a wedding at which she's meant to evoke alien special-effects makeup. Her sleeves reminds me vaguely of Alan Rickman in Galaxy Quest. I hope she makes a reference to Grabthar's hammer.

They are REALLY doubling down on making Hil walk around in those horrid platforms. Her dress is overwhelming, but at least a BIT more like something she might semi-feasibly wear to some kind of office situation? Molly Bernard could be wearing her "this isn't my shot" shoes, although I suppose it's as likely her character has decided to clothe her feet like an elderly man during summer. She appears to be in a cape that's also a turtleneck, which is crossing streams that never needed to be crossed.

I am unclear what season it's supposed to be on Younger right now... the shoes here are so much better. I want to like the shirt-dress, too, but it from this little snippet I'm concerned I would always be yanking it this way and that, with no idea how it's supposed to line up.

Sutton is in those denim shoes we've seen two or three places already, including on Priyanka Chopra. I think her outfit is a LIIIIITTLE nutty.
