It takes a special person to wear a double-waistband like that and NOT have it make sausage of your midriff. I think I'd have liked this better if it were two black lines very close together at her natural waist, but this doesn't look as unflattering on her as it would on a LOT of other people. Me included. Man, my hips would rebel. And they don't lie.
But there's something in the eyebrow tinting or shading or SOMETHING that's making the makeup look too heavy and almost dirty around her eyes. Or is it... too much contouring? Let's go in for a closer look.

I am not sure what the culprit is, but somehow this cosmetic approach is not showing her face to its best advantage. (Not that there IS any disadvantage to having this face, ever, but you feel me.)
