I, of course, wanted to start with her pretty face and her cute haircut. While we're here, this whole look is very va va voom, in a vintage way. It's alluring without being vulgar. As your grandma might say. (I am your grandma.)

The side is mildly saucy, and for my money, this is a way to do cut-outs that feels more interesting than the same-old, same-old dash o' flesh. (If only Lace Lover Kate Middleton could be talked into this.)
